Shipping policy 

All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a recap email of your order and a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@darlilei.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping costs and other fees

We offer international shipping to the following countries and are currently working to expand the list:

Belgium - France - Germany - Italy - Netherlands - Spain - United Kingdom

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.

Within the UK and European Union countries, we have already taken care of VAT taxes for you. Therefore you should receive your orders free of taxes.

Large orders

Orders above 4 books are currently not allowed for shipping reasons. If you wish to order more than 4 books, please contact us at hello@darlilei.com and we will find an optimal solution.

Delivery times

Delivery times are the time of shipment communicated by our supplier and must be considered in addition to the preparation time (see above).

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to reach you after receiving your confirmation email.

Due to the current situation, delivery times are likely to be a bit longer for deliveries outside of the UK. We are doing our best to make these times the shortest possible.
